Is it true there’s a bar in the Yukon that serves whisky with an actual human toe in it?

Read this in a book called Kiss the Toe: (available on amazon)and assumed it was made up. Apparently there’s a saloon in Dawson City where they drop a real mummified toe in your drink, and there’s a $2,500 fine if you swallow it. Anyone here actually been?
