Don’t know where to post but will I be straight

Drank 3 beers early in the afternoon at like 12-1pm (not good ik but I was up all night) and then at about 8pm i took some tylenol for a pretty bad gash all together that needed stitches, will i be fine? Took about 400mg ibuprofen , 600mg tylenol I’m not an alcoholic at all i drink every 3 weeks if i had to estimate but sometimes ill do double day benders
