Any suggestions for great Icelandic alcohol ?

In about two weeks time, a couple I know are going from Canada to Iceland . So I thought I’d ask them to pick up something for me.

Any suggestions for good Icelandic alcohol ? Beer, vodka, whiskey.,rum..anything but wine.
