I need to sober up quick

Hi, im 19 and just drank a 180ml bottle of wine in like 5 minutes, I live in the Netherlands so its not a crime dw, but I need to sober up because im at an uncle’s house and I dont want him waking up to me up at 4am with me drunk, he wakes up early so like yeah. I think I have a low tolerance lol, so like what do I do to sober up quickly
