is it safe to have shots from this metal shot glass?

hello! I am an amateur alcohol consumer and I went to the shedd aquarium in Chicago and saw these metal shot glasses for sale and bought one because I like the design, but it does look a little suspicious on the inside, AND on the bottom it says “for decorative purposes only.” I did ask the workers and they said it’s totally fine to drink from it.
