Trouble drinking

I’m from the uk and 18 and I just can’t seem to like drinking, I went to the pub today with my mate he ordered a drink I ordered a Guinness and every sip was just purely disgusting and I couldn’t get more than maybe 20% of it down. I’ve tried different drinks asahi, Stella, San Miguel, cruzcampo, neck oil and I just do not seem to like them, they all basically taste the same and every sip is just grim, I wonder a lot how my friend drinks so many pints in one go. How do i genuinely just start liking drinking casually it makes me feel slightly like the odd one out I wanna like it so so badly.
