Threw up blue vomit?

I drank Dubra vodka last night and when I got home i vomitted mostly a vomit color but there were large areas frequently of bright blue. I hadn’t eaten anything blue that day— had dumplings and a milk boba in the morning, made nachos with cheese and pork, clam chowder with bread, and then a slice yellow cake with chocolate frosting. I then went out with my friends and ate a bite of chocolate ice cream and two frog gummies. With the vodka I also had sips of straight cranberry juice, but only with 1 or 2 shots. Has anyone else thrown up the mysterious blue?
For context I’m quite new to drinking in large amounts so if this is a little dumb excuse it haha. It’s now the morning and I don’t get hangovers usually, so it’s not that bad, and I’m not experiencing weird symptoms. Google isn’t being helpful so I thought I’d ask here 😅
