Trauma from alc poisoning

Just as the title explains.
I am a young woman and I wanted to try drinking bc I was curious, I’ve only drank two other times and only to the point of being tipsy.
I wanted to know what it felt like to be drunk, so I decided to drink whisky from the bottle, I blacked out and drank too much (whoops) and by the time I was conscious again I was in the hospital. It was terrifying.
I remember the pain I felt, I was vomiting but nothing was coming out which hurt a lot (I had already barfed up everything)
I had a BAC of .208% and had to stay at the in-patient hospital overnight. This happened about 3 days ago (30-31/07/2026) and I feel almost normal now just tired and anxious.

(Onto the trauma part):
I was drinking alone in my room and now that I’m back from the hospital every-time I enter my room I start crying. I have been feeling unbelievably anxious and can’t stop thinking about it.
I know I’m being a little dramatic but this is an extreme event for me since stuff like this doesn’t usually happen.
Anyone else able to relate or have their own traumas due to alcohol poisoning?
Any advice on how to ease the anxiety?
Thanks

Also, what’s the risk of me having some delayed organ problem?
I have taken focalin for my ADHD all school year (not during the summer) since 3rd grade. I haven’t taken my focalin since May 2026 tho lol. I also taken Zoloft 50mg everyday since February 2026.

Edit: any recommendations on how to help my liver recover these next couple days? Like what I should eat or wtv. Obviously ik this is on Google but I like to hear suggestions from people as well.
