I drink once a week and shake before I drink

As the title says, I drink once a week on Fridays usually heavy enough to get me hungover. I’m 23 YO male and recently, right before my first beer and after a sip, my hands shake when I drink. Is this a sign of early alcohol dependency, because it doesn’t feel like I’m reliant on it but maybe I am? Anyone else have similar things happen?
