Really Old Wine Uses

So I recently came into a big old box of wine, all of which is way past its prime. I’ve opened a few and they’re all very vinegary, so they certainly weren’t stored correctly, and they seem like they were around 20 dollar bottles to start with. I hate to waste about 15 bottles of wine, so does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with it? I’ve thought about possibly making sangria or really lean into the vinegar element.
