European Lemoncello?

I’m looking for a gift for my father. He had this liquor, It’s probably a lemoncello? He got in europe, Belgium he thinks, from a VERY small bar, it has actual rinds of a lemon and that’s all he remembers. Do any of you guys know a good resource to find what he may be talking about? Or perhaps know what he’s talking about?
