Tramadol and alcohol reaction?

Had a tablet containing 37.5 gms of Tramadol and 325 paracetamol for some general pain, going to be drinking a beer and a 1 or 2 shots of vodka like 13 to 14 hours after the meds, is it safe or should I avoid drinking. Healthy 18 year old
