Weird beer head

I always liked Miller “Champagne of beers” and even though beer in general does not serve me well on emotional and physical level the following day/days, I still succumb to temptation from time to time. Anyways, I’m having Miller as usual now and wtf, this head seems so artificial. Can anybody chime in? Is this ok?
