Cooling beer for a long time without a fridge

Hey does someone have a good idea to keep beer cold. It’s on a field in the middle of nowhere. So a frige is not an option, we could go to the store once (it is far away) and buy 20kg of ice. What are some good tactics (GPT isn’t up to a lot of good info)

should we put the ice in the crates? Have 2 cooling bags with beer, and then cycle ice from the other 8?

About 200 beers, we have 10 cooling bags, lets say we go from 3 til 3
