have you ever said extremely hurtful things to people you love while drunk?

I’ve lost many close relationships while under the influence, and I tend to get angry easily and even say pretty violent things which has led me to lose or ruin realtionships with people I hold dear to me. I would like to blame it on this substance but at the end of the day it is me saying these things and it is my responsibility to take full accountability for that.

I regret a lot of things I’ve said and done but more specifically I was wondering if anyone else can relate to this.
