How does it feel being drunk everyday?

I have a buddy who drinks a lot and mostly every day. Saturday and Sunday he pretty much drinks all day, falls asleep wakes up drinks more falls asleep. He has like 200+ beer cans all over the place inside outside his house. Mon-Friday he drinks around noon and continues until late night. How does he not get headaches? How does he not feel dizzy. He wakes up at 7am sharp with his hair nicely combed and a cup of tea or coffee.

When he doesent have a drink past noon he’ll say he feels anxious and really nervous then he’ll stop by and buy a 12 or 18 pack.

They’re expensive now like 30usd for a 12 pack and like 35+ for a 18 pack. He will drink like 3-12 packs or 2 18 packs a day or even more.

But how does he not have morning regrets? How does he not have a hangover? Just amazes me. He weights like 270 pounds and I think he has diabetes the light one not the dangerous one.
