How much alcohol makes you feel drunk?

I’ve had like four shots(tequila and vodka) and felt absolutely nothing. I mean I would say that there was a slight buzz, but nothing else.

Still, a relatively new drinker. What alcohol would give you most buzzz and other facts about this stuff.
