Random question: where would be some fun places to travel to find good/unique spirits?

I am from the states. I dont care for beer or wine . I’m interested in collecting spirits from around the world. And yes I realize like I can order from bevmo and total wine but I wanna explore those countries of origin also. Any recommendations?
