Alcohol + skin issues??

Hi all,

I consider myself a social drinker, and really don’t get drunk all too often. Tonight, I went out with a couple of the gals and got fairly drunk, and unfortunately ended up throwing up on the side of the road (happens to the best of us I guess). However, when I got home, I looked in the mirror and noticed my skin looked like this. I generally have clear skin and it did not look like this this morning, so I was shocked. What is this, is it serious, and does it go away? Send help! Thanks
