throat pain from alcohol?

i got violently drunk a couple days ago and my throat has been hurting since, but my worry is that last night i spit up blood after drinking more alcohol. does this happen to anybody else? just wondering how serious it is. haven’t spit up any more blood since but my throat does still hurt. (also i am 21)
