Alcohol hallucinations why is it sleep deprivation?

Anyone do a 3 day bender and get sleep paralysis 4 times or more in one night after stopping and having closed eye hallucinations? I know you can pull it up on google and I did got the info I needed but more asking anyone here if this has happened to them if it is the alcohol or sleeping less than 6 hours a night because i been doing both at the same time
