Horrible hangover please help

So i went out for a mates 21st birthday and i drunk a lot probably more then i have ever drunk in my life and i never really get hungover but this morning i have woken up with horrible backpain to the point im uncomfortable lying down do I need to see a doctor or am I just hungover
