Hi I need some help for my dad .

So I am a kid . I didn’t know what jaundis was until today . ( Ignore my bad english it’s my 3rd language) So my dad’s eyes have been yellow not chronically but during most of the day for like years …. and he drinks alcohol . I was thinking of suggesting him to get his lover checked any idea on how to convience him ? He thinks he is very healthy runs 5 km a day and walks another 15 but I’m worried as his diet isn’t balanced and he has low muscle mass .It’s hard for me to convience him to go to dr any suggestion?
