Significant Pain and Inflammation

Hi all. This is my first post and I’m not an alcoholic, but for the last few years, I’ve drank fairly heavily a few times a week. Does anyone know if excessive drinking can lead to full body pain and inflammation in the knees or ankles? I’ve been dealing with it this entire week and it doesn’t seem to be subsiding.
