I need help!

I recently emptied a flooded storage unit and came across around 20 whisky bottles. I’m not very knowledgeable about whisky, so I was wondering if someone can help identify bottles like these.

They are in okay condition, but all of the seals are in amazing condition. And is it a good idea to clean them up, or get a professional to clean them?

There are more bottles, but most of them are de-labeled
