What is considered drunk driving to you?

For clarity, I have never been intoxicated while driving, neither do I plan to.
Everyone agrees that drunk driving is bad but what about 1-2 beers at dinner? I don’t get it.
I’ve asked people in real life and they’ve said of course 1-2 beers, glasses of wine, or standard drinks at dinner, then driving an hour or two later is not drunk driving at all.
I’ve also heard people say that if you’ve drank any alcohol at all throughout the night then drive, you’re driving under the influence and bad.
Now I’m asking Redditors who drink, what do you personally consider drunk driving/bad? What is the general limit of drinks/hours of waiting? You can add specifications such as “3 beers is safe for a 220 lb man imo” or “6 drinks is way too much for a 125 lb woman imo”
