I wish to be a very specific kind of drinker but I don’t know how

Probably doesn’t actually exist but here’s the vibe.

Well dressed, drink alone or with a couple of close friends in a speak easy type bar or a men’s club.

You drink beer or whisky or maybe an old fashioned, something like that. No loud music or old dirty men’s pub. You go out drinking from 9 or10pm all the way to say 3am, maybe even later if it’s ‘a good night with good company’

No one gets drunk or loud and it’s always civil and classy. You get socially lubricated and stay that way till the end of the night.

How can this be achieved
