Allergic reaction to tequila/alcohol/liquor

Hi I’ve been drinking since I was like 17. I am 22, but within this past year I have noticed I break out into hives. Tequila is the main trigger I’ve noticed, I really only drink reposado. But I have broken into hives drinking cayman jacks, and other mixed alcohols. I was at a wedding with an open bar and had multiple different drinks and had the worst break out ever. These current pictures are happening now. I am only drinking reposado tequila. I am super curious if anyone else has had this issue. How I know I am starting to have a reaction is I get super hot and it always starts on my face and then spreads down my chest, shoulders and back. This has never happened to me before other than this past year. I know it can happen from drinking fast and taking shots back to back. But I really want to know if anyone else experiences this and what ingredient could be causing this reaction. I get super hot, disoriented, and the past 3 times I’ve noticed it’s harder to breathe. I am only 3 shots in and the reaction spiked almost immediately. The main issue is how hot I get. Any answers are appreciated. I’d like to preface by saying I am not an alcoholic and like to causally drink. Maybe 1-2 times a week if that.
