Now a days I drink till my stomach can’t take anymore

Ok I am a slow drinker like a real slow one i like drinking all day when I have a holiday. If I start at 10am I drink till 10pm 500ml wiskey that has 44vv alcohol then a liter of beer enjoying any great webseries but i stopped feeling the high I used to now I drink till my stomach can’t take anymore not when my brain can’t i don’t feel the spinny feeling i feel little pressure high in my head but not the amount where I feel like i can’t control my self I can’t be completely normal if I want it’s like a 30 percent drunk state but you have that state constant for 12 hours straight i will be in that zone is this some kind of problem
