i have a huge problem with drunk texts

I have the bad habit of getting really drunk sometimes (not problem with that, kinda based ngl), the problem is I can’t be trusted with my phone when I’m in that state cause I go STUPID like I unironically start either venting/traumadumping or directly insulting my friends or fighting with them. So I would like to ask what do you guys usually do in this situation? is there a way to temporarily block messaging apps on my phone or other thing I can do to NOT send messages at all?
(home alone btw, so nobody to give my phone to)
