do i have a kidney infection?

so for reference i’m 5’0 and around 110lbs and i’ve been drinking basically nothing but vodka pepsi all weekend and only one plastic bottle of water
i drank a little more than half of a 1.75 liter of vodka from friday night to now which it’s sunday afternoon (my tolerance was really low when i started drinking friday)
i’ve been having some pains in my lower left quadrant in my side and back and i’m wondering if i could possibly have a kidney infection?
i’m now trying to drink lots of water to flush it out but i’m a little nervous because i don’t want to have to go to the hospital for this
can someone let me know if i should be worried?
