First time making homemade wine and i really hope i didn’t mess things up

So I’ve followed the casual simple recipe, But there are some errors i did unconsciously.

Added Sugar and a lemon squeeze into a juice, Then added the yeast. I’m sure that I’ve got the ingredients measurements right, So the first few days i put it in the fridge, but then i discovered that the cold will slow down the yeast’s work and I’m not planning to let it fermentate for too long anyways, So i let it out for a week, then filtered the juice to remove impurities, and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 days.

I’m not sure if it really worked because i felt nothing after drinking 2 cups, it was my first time drinking alcohol so i thought it’ll leave an effect on me

It looks very normal, No suspicious signals

Maybe i should let it fermentate for a longer period of time?
