Wine headache cure

I drink every few weeks for nights out but usually it’s just vodka with mixers and I cope fine and have mild hangovers but last night I wanted to mix things up and drink a large quantity (within reason I didn’t blackout or anything like that) of wine instead and the hangover today has been absolutely hell. It’s been over 24 hours and my head is killing me. It was pinot Grigio to be exact. Please I need remedies. Nothing seems to have worked and I can’t sleep because of the pain 😭
