No alcohol for a year and then I had 1/4 of a marg

25 M, haven’t had any alcohol for the last year. Not due to any problems just some health stuff and figured it would be better for me not to consume. Very lightweight too. Last night I had 1/4 of a marg and woke up with the worst hangover of my life 😂😭😭 It’s okay I’m okay
