I drank Alcohol for the first time, why am I not drunk?

So, I drank, let’s say, a Scotch Whisky as a first timer. I took three on the rocks and two glasses diluted with water. I really didn’t feel much at all, at least not like I hoped to. It’s been like 4 or 5 hours since ingestion. It’d be a lie to say that I didn’t feel anything; I felt and feel kinda tired. I hoped that at least I’d feel nauseated, but I really just feel tired, also I do not feel sleepy, like I’m on my bed writing this stuff, still I do not want to sleep, or feel sleepy at least. That may also be due to my coffee ingestion 8 hours ago, but that usually wears off. Also, at first, when I drank the shots, I felt warm in my throat, but then it was normal. It was a cool feeling, though.

Thank you for reading.

Edit- I just took 2 on the rocks.

I feel energetic, like I am actually doing maths sums, I have got no clue.

So, my question is, is this a normal amount, and if not, then why am I not drunk, or at least dizzy?
