Alcohol gift ideas for a friend on their birthday

Hello, I’m posting on this community to ask for some ideas for an alcoholic gift for a friend’s birthday. The problem is, we’re not sure what to get him. If we get him something we usually drink, it doesn’t really mark the occasion. But if we get him something completely new, we don’t know if he’ll like it either. We’re all 20 years old, so we’re not very familiar with the huge range of choices available in stores and online. To help you out, I’m thinking of getting him a bottle of Jägermeister Orange, but it still needs to be good. He likes Jägermeister, Malibu, Pisang Ambon, and a little bit of rum too. Any suggestions? (Also, please tell me if the orange Jägermeister is really worth it or not.)
