Moderate drinking (twice a month is not that bad for health)
I drink twice a month and i make sure that the amount is not beyond a certain limit (For example 3-4 standard drinks a night (Of Rum/Vodka/Whisky and one beer)
Exercise and eating properly can help with the Diet. Just makensure to not overdose it a lot and drink only once-twice a month. Anything more frequency wise can be dangerous for health.
