Trying to lay off alcohol, as in not drinking anymore. However, junk food is on the rise! I can’t win.
Seems like one vice for another. Normally not a junk food guy. Always used it for beer. Am one of those guys who won’t drink everyday, but when I do drink, I don’t stop until I’m ready to pass out. Not good. That’s usually at least 3x a week. Maybe more depending on what’s happening.
Anyone else experience this? With trying to quit and garbage food? Help!
