Does anyone get fast heart beats after a night of heavy drinking??

I’m 22 and started drinking a year ago, about 5 months after a heavy night of drinking i get heavy rapid heart beats when I wake up that send me into panic. I used to drink a lot and that never happened, im just wondering if any of y’all go through this?
