Twisted Teas

It doesn’t always happen but sometimes even a sip will make my upper stomach hurt, but so does regular tea I always assumed it was like a gallbladder issue because it hurts the same if i eat bacon or sometimes potatoes but i’ve seen an older post of people saying it’s the sugar and it’s like a heartburn sensation but it’s not like that for me it’s like right up under my ribs in the dead center any ideas as to why?
