Bad stomach ache after drinking

19F, I’m 5’5 and 116 pounds. The past year I’ve been drinking 50+ drinks almost every week besides December and have been fine but for the past few weeks if I drink more than 4 or 5 shots my stomach starts to hurt and burn especially after eating food and it takes a few days to go back to normal. Why is this happening and how can I stop this? Will going sober for a few months fix this so I’ll be able to drink without this happening afterwards?
