What do the words and numbers mean on the inside of this Crown Royal cap?

Was having some crown and coke and noticed this on the inside of the cap, did a quick google search and found nothing.

Does anyone know what this means?

I thought it was strange that it said berry when its the original but this bottle was also from the christmas gift set that came with a flask.
