16 years old M– Right side pain after small amount of alcohol (first time)

I’m 16 and tried alcohol for the first time last night (5% beer, probably less than half a 330ml because I spilled some). It’s legal at my age in my country.

About 20–30 minutes after starting, I felt a deep dull ache on my right side. It lasted a lot and started to fade after about 6 hours. No vomiting, no fever, no yellowing of eyes.

Is it possible for such a small amount of alcohol to cause that?

Would this likely happen again if I drank in the future?
