hangover not ending

i went out with a couple friends and wanted to not go hard, so i had just about 2 drinks but this has been the most horrible experience. i threw up last night and blacked out. it’s been since about 2:45 since then and i am still sick. it hurts to move my body and i feel like i am on a shaky boat, i can’t even get up to get water because i hate the feeling of being dizzy and nauseous. i don’t know how anyone can do anything in a state like this. im really starting to get restless and annoyed right now because i can’t move or go anywhere and i want this to end. i’m only 21 too, so i wouldn’t think this would be so terrible right now on my body. i know this is my fault, but i wanna cry. what can i actually do to fix this and feel better?
