Hangover nausea

Low key a stupid question but yeah. So iv low key been drinking for years but I just turned 18 and am currently hung over bc I was at pub last night. I’m use to it I always get hung over I’m just not one of those people who doesn’t get hungover when they are young.

But today the nausea from the hangover is just worse. I deal with chronic nausea anyway so it’s kinda shit. I’m awake about an hour but definitely still sobering up and the nausea has slowly came on. Once I’m sober will it slowly go away?

And how do I deal with hangover nausea bc I also low key got emetaphobia or whatever it is when I can’t deal with throwing up. Like I don’t wanna drink anything bc of the nausea low key
