Intolerance?

so I had 3 vodka lemonades over 4 hours, maybe a slight buzz. I come home go to bed. About 1 hour later I wake up with the worst stomach cramps. I sprint to the toilet. I’m having diarrhea and immediately throwing up. My body starts shaking and my heart rate increases. I’m freezing

I finally stop throwing up and take a hot shower bc I’m so cold.

This has happened before when I drink, but there’s also times I’ve drank way more and I’m perfectly fine.

I ate a full dinner- chicken and broccoli.

Intolerance? Anxiety? Something else?
