Legal or not legal?

I’m not sure what a 0.08 BAC feels like, but is it legal to have a drink (over 21) like at a restaurant or bar and then drive 1-2 hours later? Like if you feel there’s no impairment at all and essentially sober, is it possible to still have a BAC over 0.0? Stupid question but curious.
