Ice cube jello shots

Hello all. 🙂 I already checked Jell-O shot kitchen with no luck. Scoured tik tok and Instagram.

I am making ice cube Jell-O shots for a party. They will be sitting on a tray as if they are “chilling” something.

All recipes found use sprite and water only. Alcohol will change the structure. Champagne’s and sparkling wine seem to have a yellow tinge. I thought of seltzer such as truly/high noon etc.

Any thoughts , tips, warnings, and recipes would be helpful.
