Throwing up after Rumple

I’m on here because I can’t find a defite answer as to why this is happening.

The other night my partner and I were drinking. She had more to drink at the time with about 3-4 shots of Rumple. Eating rice & pork for dinner, and talkis & snack beef sticks throughout the day prior. That I saw as understandable for throwing up later in the night but it was mainly talkis…

Last night she threw up again. Having tuna & beef sticks throughout the day and then rice, pork & eggs for dinner as well as hot fries & cheddar cheese as a snack to the side as we played games and drank. She was drinking wine throughout and a single can of a mixed drink Jumex Guava. She was fine throughout until the very end where she took a single shot of Rumple and a couple hours later threw up.

Can someone help with a common cause because before in the past she’s been able to take shots of Rumple… My theory is the vodka mixing with spicy foods or dairy but it’s the talkis and then hot fries that seem more hypothetically similar with them being hot chips.

Or I could be completely wrong and her body is just changing to how it handles clear liquors…
