Is it bad to take a hit of someone’s vape if they are drunk?

I’m at a party rn and didn’t have a vape on me so I asked someone if I could have a hit of their vape, and they said yes and I had a hit of it but they are drunk and can’t consent so now I feel like a shit person lol
